5 stars across the board! Location is 5min from the airport and they have a free shuttle bus. Clean and comfortable room in a great location! Definitely recommend this place if you need a place to stay before or after a long flight and don’t want to fight traffic to make your flight on time.

Only had one night, two days, service was good. There were good local shops and restaurants but it is situated a long was from Seoul, caught train to Cultural Park, a whole wasted day, nothing of interest there. Never had time to actually see Seoul City, except underground railway. NO tours from hotel. Driver on shuttle to airport was on his phone the entire trip and dropped us at Arrivals (where he picked up others arriving) and we had to search out Departures.

Location - right beside Unseo station. Has a Lotte Mart right beside hotel and several food options as well. Has a convenience store at lobby Service - front desk is helpful and responsive Rooms - spacious and with all the necessary amenities. Though one thing that was disappointing was that the thermostat was centrally set and we could not control. I understand it's winter but 28deg in the room is really too warm. That said the hotel staff was kind to provide a portal fan for use

We stayed here one night on a long layover in Seoul. The hotel is very close to the airport and adjacent to the train stop so it was very easy getting into the city and to the airport. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is nicely amenitized. The noise from the street and train are loud outside the window, but welcome to the big city. Also, you couldn't control the room temperature (thermostat wasn't working) and it was a little warm for us at night. Bed was on the stiff side, but I personally prefer that. Pillows were good. Service was average, it wasn't superb and it wasn't horrible, we just didn't have a lot of interaction besides checking in, which went smoothly. We didn't use hotel airport shuttle as the train was actually more convenient from a timing perspective, and the train doesn't require a reservation like the shuttle does. All in all, a good hotel and I recommend this hotel if you want to be by the airport. Also, plan on at least 1-1.5 hours just to get through airport customs and security when departing Seoul Incheon...HUGE lines!!

Clean and comfortable, located close to the airport- lotte super mkt across the street and lots of Korean bbq cook at your table restaurants near by. After a long flight , great for one night, hot shower before travelling. Free shuttle bus.
