stayed therefor 3 weeks in room 802, really great place, all nice and clean and not bug infested or anything, the beds are harder then preferred but still not terrible, the bathrooms also clean and overall great place, would come again

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb facility and host! Well maintained, cleaned and fully equipped and still new place that is centrally located as eMart is 5mins walking distance and also it is located between Shindang and Dongmyo station not to mention bus #173 which stops 3 mins walk that takes you to Dongdaemun, Kwangjahng mkt, Myeongdong etc. There’s Joongahng Mkt 5 mins away, and I’ve also walked to Dongdaemun mkt several times as it was only 20 minutes walk, not to mention the world famous Kwangjahng Mkt is 30 mins walking distance or less than 10 mins bus ride away. Phenomenal stay and theoughly enjoyed this stay experience, and will definitely re-visit.

Great location, but the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and nit good for your back. If you're only staying for a night or two, it should be fine, but anything more.... you might break your back. The pillows and blankets, and all the rooms smelled like stale mildew or mold, like wet clothes that was wet or moldy for a while and not dried thoroughly. We mentioned it to the ppl that ran it and they gave us new pillows and blankets. We could still smell the pillows and the mold a bit, but it wasn't as bad as the first. They said it might have been because there's been a lot of rain this month.... but doesn't make sense because there were ppl that just rented the unit and left right before we came in. Regardless, if you have an issue and you bring it up to them, if they can resolve it, they will. I appreciate that they're very eco-friendly and wants us to recycle accordingly. Compost, clear bottles, other plastics and etc. So the 2 stars are for service and location. They lost the stars in comfort of the beds, odor, and the price. The price was extremely expensive for what we got, and definitely not comfortable. Everyone's back is in pain, and 2 of us are used to hard "Korean" style beds... this was just on another level. Not the right kind of back support. **Also, there weren't a lot of drawer space, or hangers for 6 ppl. So keep that in mind. Not a big drawback, just still... keep that in mind.
