Solo trip & last fan trip to Korea

This time I used Narita to fly via Cheongju Airport for the first time! Incheon Airport was expensive. From the airport I booked an Express bus here and headed out! The bus was very comfortable! The airport is compact, but it has CU, Korean food, and Korean bakeries, so it’s fine! I had about an hour before the bus, so it was a perfect time to grab lunch and head out! The bus arrived in under two hours! It was my first time at the Express Bus Terminal station too, but it was well equipped!

I booked the hotel in Sinsa, so it only took about 10 minutes to get there! If you spend the day you arrive exploring Sinsa and Garosugil, it’s super efficient. I felt like this area could be faster and more comfortable to stay in than Incheon.
The next day I had a fan event live, so I went to Seongsu that day! Seongsu gets super crowded on weekends, so I recommend weekdays. After wandering around I went to Chongrosanga's Bossam Street, and then I visited a winter street stalls for the first time.

At street stalls they give solo travelers a lot of extra perks. Sinsa is convenient, it's one direct ride from Chongrosanga on the orange subway line!
The next day I went to Hannam before the fan live. It’s about a 10-minute bus ride from Sinsa! In the end I like this place. I shopped for clothes, went back home for a bit, then headed to KSPO.
I got back late at night but returned to Sinsa and ate my usual Gopchang! A lot of bars were still open, so I want to come back here with my drinking buddies...

Day 3 was a shopping day. I went to Yeouido’s Hyundai Seoul, which opens pretty early, then wandered around Apgujeong! Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido really has everything, and it includes all the popular Seongsu shops, so honestly this place alone might be enough, haha
I went to Seongsu again and met up with my friend. We headed toward Dongdaemun for dinner. We bought souvenirs at No Brand, which is open until 11:00 PM, then went home.

I took the early 8:20 bus back to Cheongju! In the morning the area around the Express bus terminal is full of bakeries, Korean restaurants, and convenience stores, so there’s plenty to choose from.

After arriving at the airport, the duty-free issue. The form is written in Japanese so I can understand it, but I’m nervous. There was no staff anywhere! I used the phone provided to call the person in charge, and they asked if I had any pickups over 750,000 won. When I said no, they just told me to drop it in the post box. Haha. Filling out the form isn’t hard, but I’m worried if it’s correct. I hope the refund goes back to my duty-free card.
Used Cheongju Airport to go to Korea! It was great!
