I was on a business trip in Korea for extended stay. Staff helped a lot in guiding through the city. I want to thank Alex (Sales manager) and Heather Son (front desk manager) who helped me a lot with everyday troubles and made me feel comfortable during my whole of stay.

Overall experience is good. Food is also good. Staff is very helpful. ASAP food at room after order by room service. Laundry service is also good. Staff is also helpful to guide for local travel and ready to help every time for each thing. Food was good Many Indian Veg Food options. It's best option for Indians. 👌👌

Overall good stay. Food is good with lot of options. I had a great service experience. However I had a average experience in terms of room. Because, they rotten off the AC at midnight around 3 AM. No AC, no fan, hence feeling hot and my pillow was wet.

Location was good for airport bus from Incheon. However, hotel was not walkably close to train station (about 2+ miles). There were plenty of restaurants and local shops nearby but location is not close to major shopping malls like Galleria. Rooms were excellent and clean. Gym was well equipped but open until 1030 pm only. Service was excellent. Front desk / concierge were very friendly and helpful.

Ideal for Indians visiting Suwon on business trip or otherwise. Excellent service by the hotel staff. You get free/low-cost laundry as well as Indian cuisine prepared by Indian chefs for dinner. On the down side, the rooms are too compact and lack the comfort that similar 4 & 5-star hotels typically offer.
