The hotel is modern and clean, with all the expected amenities including smart home technology. It is located close to a subway station. For foreigners, more English signage and instructions are needed. The smart home controls and audio announcements are only in Korean currently. The room cleaning schedule was unclear - I expected cleaning every 3 nights for my 5 night stay, but this was not the case. Large bath towels should also be provided. The anti-theft door sensors are too sensitive to normal sounds.
Overall, the hotel is likely better suited for Korean guests at this time. The views are nice and the location next to the Songdo Beer Festival is a plus - we could see the fireworks clearly from our room. With some adjustments to be more foreigner-friendly, the hotel has potential.3

The room itself was good, but I couldn't sleep because the plastic sheet they had put on to protect the bed was so scratchy that I ended up taking it off at dawn and falling asleep. There is a regular bed sheet on top of it. It's to the point where I can't sleep, but I lack that sense of freshness.
