The hotel is wonderful. Nice and clean, fancy rooms and good personnel. The only disadvantage is a little more noise around, because helicopters fly there all the time. I spended there 2 weeks during my quarantine. The food was good and I had really comfy time spent there.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. We were very well received with kindness and attention. We stayed in a room with two double beds that accommodated the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). If you are planning to visit Everland this is an excellent place to stay. I recommend.

My very first time staying in Korea during COVID-19 time when I came for Business. At that time I had to stay at a Hotel Quarantine.Nice room especially the bathroom is tiny but I wonder how they manage all bathroom staff in tiny space.I really appreciated the hospitality from hotel.

Recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Everland and stay 1 night for it. Its very nearby Everland. Its perfect for family with kids. There are room type for family with kids which have bunk bed. And there is also playroom for kids.

I stayed here for my 14 day government quarantine. The staff was nice and I enjoyed the food. The portions were very generous though I do agree with other reviews that the food never arrived very warm (But it makes sense, they're trying to deliver to every room before a specific time) My only real criticism of the hotel is that it definitely could be cleaner. It wasn't dirty by any means but it didn't give off a clean vibe at all. There were a few stray hairs on the mattress and the room had a bit of a funny smell but everything else seemed clean-ish.
