The room...the toilet was clean? But the first room I entered was a smoking room. Agoda said I wanted a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. But that's not the hotel's fault, it's just an excuse to explain the hotel service. When I asked to change rooms, they just showed me the room first. So you can see and choose. I left my items in the original room twice and borrowed a card key twice. However, I left my bathroom supplies behind and when I said I had to go to the room again, they gave me a new one.
