I am from the Netherlands and the hotel staff is really kind and speak very good English. Also very helpfull. The hotel is in the center of many good restaurants and many convenience stores. Subway is 5 minutes walking. With Subway it is 40 minutes from Seoul Grandpark and 45 minutes away from big shopping area in Seoul . By Subway it is 20 minutes from Oido (sea and many authentic fish restaurants and markets . The hotel area is a safe area with live music outside in the summer. People are kind in this area. It is authentic and they can understand basic English. The hotel is also near many medical clinics and many schools and university. In front of the hotel there is a park with basketball and footvolley field and fitness outside. 5 minutes away from big departement stores (Gojan area) and 5 minutes with taxi from big indoor themepark for kids. Also you can do your laundry at 300 meters from the hotel. There are many tourist but also Korean families on holiday. The hotel is very clean. I am thankfull for the nice stay.

Nice hotel near the center of Ansan with good parking. Clean room and good service

Room 313 kept on flooding and they said they fixed it. The room could be changed but we have to wait 2 hour. Only problem is me and my mom had plans to go touring. Despite the flooding problem and poor communication with the lobby. At least they put waters, coffee and tea can in the fridge after cleaning the room.

Hotel webside promised that we'll speak your language. Turned out, that they only speak if you speak korean, japanese or mandarine chinese. Rooms had only King size beds (good ones), loud airconditioning, dripping showerheads and big towels only for one person. Breakfast was deacent, even if you have gluten free diet (and have own bread and cereal with you). Location nearby metro station was convenient and nearby lot's of restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops.
