I had a flight delay the weekend of November 4th and the airline sent me to this hotel. They made an unexpected 2 night layover a pleasure. The front desk manager was amazing. He was beyond helpful to someone who did not expect to be there nor spoke the language. He went so far that when the airline failed to get me transportation back to the airport he wouldn’t let me order a Uber. He got me a taxi so I’d be safe and checked the price and let me know what to pay and not get overcharged. Too kind and I’m very thankful. Above and beyond

We stayed only one night 30 October, No Air-condition in any of the 4 Rooms we were in - front reception informed us the hotel is preparing for winter therefore No A/C

We had spent 2 nights there with a tour group. As a Thai tourist, I prefer toilet with a hand-held bidet. Unfortunately, there's none of them there. However, the overall service and the cleanliness was good. My little daughter said that the bed could be softer, but I had no problem with it.
