Very cool hotel! Loved the interior and exterior of the hotel. It was very fun to stay here, even for 1 night. We booked the Hanok Stay Suite for 7 people and it fit everyone comfortably. Air conditioning was nice, the heated floors in the rooms were a nice touch and bathroom was beautiful. The front desk receptionist was super nice and helpful. We asked her to reserve an airport taxi for us and we left the hotel before confirming our taxi number. Come to find out when we get back to the hotel late at night, she is standing outside our room waiting for us in the rain just to make sure we know our taxi number!! Her customer service and care was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for doing that for us.5

This is a lovely place with an old fashioned feel to it, while also providing modern conveniences. The rooms make you feel like you're in someone's special guest house. It's not high-end and the rooms can use a slight upgrade but even as it is I'd recommend it. There's a cute cafe next door too.5

Beautiful rooms and very modern comfort in an historic atmosphere. The staff speaks English well. Our room has huge windows and a large balcony with curtains that can keep the room dark. Palaces, restaurants, many galleries and shops are all within walking distance.4

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Easy to find and staff speaks english. The room was clean and had great views. The only “problem” we had is that left our umbrella outside (but still inside the hotel) because it was wet and someone (another guest) stole it. We complained at the reception desk but no solution was provided: at least they should have gave us another umbrella.
