From arrival until our departure we were greeted & helped very quickly. Our accommodation was clean & modern with a pleasant view. Breakfast catered for every need & an enormous variety of food. The consierge service was efficient with taxis, directions & delivery of luggage. On more than one occasion they walked us to the door to make sure we walked the correct direction & understood their instructions. ( We were asking questions in English, not Korean)5

Hotel room is very contemporary and spacious. Efficient layout with toilet sink placed outside, and enjoyed separate heated and auto flushing toilet. Beautiful skyline view from my 14th Floor. Spacious complex housing 2 other group hotels. Linked via sky bridge to a shopping mall in 5 mins walk to large basement supermarket. Area is very safe. Hotel breakfast had wide array of tasty Asian (including Korean and Western breakfast dishes). Highly recommended hotel.4

I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year and each time I’m always impressed by the service, the attentiveness of the staff and the great rooms. The location is also spectacular for me as my office is only 5 minutes away. The one thing I wish the hotel did better was to offer its Accor member s benefits to those that booked the hotel through third party sites as long as they do it often enough. It’s too bad this is not the case as I’m sure more people would also book their stays here as well.4

Room is huge!
Love the amenities of the hotel too!
The only tiny thing is the reception was very emotionless while checking us in and it makes me feel a little uncomfortable.
But during the rest of my stay, all the staffs were friendly and helpful!3

Staff is nice and helpful, room is fine but the lack of organization during breakfast is awful. You receive a ticket and they make you wait in the elevator area were there is not space to wait actually, 45 minutes later you can come back to have a table, were you see other tables around not even undressed.
