We booked 3 rooms and stayed for 7 nights in total. The staff were very helpful and friendly. During our last day, we unfortunately left our money bag containing $2,000 behind. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to locate it and they contacted us to be able to give it back.
Aside from the customer service, the rooms were clean and amenities were great. The location is good as well. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance to visit beautiful South Korea.5

I'm a tourist from Indonesia coming with my wife for a holiday. I'm staying there for 9 days.
Initially I was worried as I saw some bad reviews prior to my arrival, but once I came, it's the other opposite. I really feel they received some harsh reviews that are not justified.
The room and bathroom are clean, it's not big, but if you've traveled in Asia, it's not that small compared to the average size of Asian hotel. I have 2 big luggage and 2 small luggage and it's fine. They have many storage for our clothes.
The staff on our arrival was a bit quiet, but they assisted us with our request to keep our luggage as we arrived before check in time. The rest however were very nice and helpful. I don't see anyone rude or unfriendly unlike some bad reviews I had. We requested a towel at 10 PM and they kindly assisted us.
It was autumn-winter and room heater kept us warm.
The toilet has advanced bidet, and there's warmer on the seat. Very muslim friendly.
Location is right at a bus stop, 15 minutes to many location including Myeongdong night market.
There's halal 24 hours ramen convenience store nearby. Also near to some halal restaurant like Safron. Subway station is 7-10 minutes walk.
Had overall pleasant stay! Really wishing them well and hopefully I can stay here again on my next trip to Korea.2

The price is good for the location.. but I don't think it's worth sacrificing cleanliness for. The pictures are deceiving because
I thought it was more modern than it is. The shower curtain was very old and had mildew on it, the washroom smelled of mildew even though it looked clean, and the washroom was way too small. The room was clean, but I was concerned about how far the window opened without a screen. This would definitely be a concern if you have small, children.
The service was very good at this price point. The hotel staff were very helpful, helped me print several times, and let me know when my lost luggage from the airline had arrived.
They charged me for a lost key when I couldn't find it.. how expensive can a key be that you need to charge customers for it instead of letting it slide for customer service? I'd understand if I misplaced it more than once.. Never had this happen before.
Overall, I would pay more for a hotel in central Myeongdong next time and wouldn't recommend this hotel.2

Pros: Spacious room, big bed, somewhat convenient to central shopping areas
Expected of a 3-Star Hotel but they did not live up to the expectations:
1. Only 1 hotel lobby staff could speak in full English. The others only managed a few words and roughly understood our requests through gestures
2. Requested for bedsheets to be changed as it was dirty, got replaced with another with stains (Luckily it was our last night)
3. Asked for help on the Airport Limousine Bus and/or the easiest way to go to the airport as we have a number of luggages, and the hotel lobby guy pushed a paper of the bus 6002 schedule and rudely told us we could keep the paper
If you are staying at this hotel, be very careful as hotel lifts are not secured and anyone from the public can enter freely. Hotel Wifi is also not secured.
