Seoul - South Korea This is our third hotel we stayed since returned from Busan. Service & Location [4.5]. The staff speaks pretty good English and the main lobby, though is small but it’s neat and great brochures for tourists to pick up. What’s outstanding is this hotel provides free washing and dryer. The laundry room is located at the basement, a door that leads down the stairs. There are two washers and dryers, and if you are not fuss, you can use their free detergent. Room [5]. We booked the traditional Korean family room with mattress on the floor. It’s a heated floor so always keeping your feet warm. Great shower facilities and provided toothbrush and toothpaste. Free water bottles daily and coffee/tea satchel. One setback is there is no shower curtain, and water will splash out which you ended up few towels to spread on the floor. Overall a great hotel, it’s quiet and walking distance to train station. There are also mart nearby if you need to get something last minute. Will highly recommend anyone and family who is looking for great value and comfortable stay.

I stayed here for three nights recently. It’s the best value in the area. The washroom is so clean and everything is so tidy and cozy while the furniture in the room is a bit outdated. I loved their little cute cafe selling a variety of good quality coffee and tea. I wish they’d have some goodies like small sandwiches or rice cakes. What I loved about this hotel is their staff. Every single staff member here was so friendly, professional and genuine-hearted. Also the washer and drier with free detergent in the basement was a big plus for me. The crowd here is families and business persons traveling. The location is fantastic. I will definitely come back here.

This hotel is awesome. The location is totally quiet, but still in close walking distance to many interesting places and restaurants. The windows can be opened offering an insect screen. Closed windows allow for a totally quiet sleep. The doors are double doors which allow for additional shielding against any noise in the hallway plus for a traditional Korean change of shoes. All receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. It didn't matter if you asked for a restaurant recommendation and they offered to check for availability or make a reservation. Or if you wanted them to call a taxi. They always went the extra mile and did more than we had asked for.

stayed here for around a week the hotel is in a quiet street, the service is good, the room is clean and overall i would like to go back to this hotel when i visit korea again

I was planning to stay in Gangham but decided it was too far out. I made a good choice. SunBee is in the middle of Insadong which is a great location. Subways are nearby and you can catch the 6002 bus into the airport. They have a FREE laundry, ,loaner umbrellas and electric adapters. The AC and hot water were great and we slept very well. Good Internet. Free coffee in the restaurant. It Could use shower curtains though...you need to step into the bathtub. No view from the 6th floor.
