I really like place. Great location, restaurants and cafes are nearby. The fitness room is well equipped for a hotel. Rooms are good with a huge fridge. If anything doesn't work, just tell the front desk and it gets fixed in the next 1-2 hours. Can't understand previous commenter about extra charging for late check-out, that's normal for a lot of hotels. And I couldn't see any problem with dust. For the price you get a nice hotel!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during our residency at Yonsei University. The place is very convenient since it is walking distance from the university. The room is fair enough like its cleanliness, it has washing machine, bed is comfortable and English speaking staff

Perfectly adequate hotel in a nice location. The room was very basic, walls were heavily scuffed up, and shower grout wasn't very clean. The AC unit was moderately cold and was very noisy. These are all minor complaints and for a room in downtown Seoul at the $100 price point they're to be expected. Free parking is a nice perk. I'd stay here again, but it won't be at the top of my list.

Clean hotel with friendly, English speaking staff. My room had a small laundry machine that took many hours to clean and dry a small load. It was close to my conference venue. But not sure if it's worth the price or if I would stay here again. Given the nightly price, you have to pay extra for toiletries and laundry soap. It's just a couple of dollars, so not a big deal, but still annoying.

The location of the hotel is good, but it is old and expensive compared to the facilities.
