The best one in Seoul! Stayed twice during our visit to Seoul. Rooms are good. For first time visitors, very well located, walkable directly to the underbridge from the hotel to the Seoul station and easy commute in the city with taxis as well. The service was excellent and helpful staff.5

Rooms were on smaller size, but comfortable nonetheless. Dining options are quite limited and last orders for dinner is by 08.30pm.

Very good location surrounded by a lot of public transportation. If you arrived at Seoul St by Arex, just go to the subway floor, u can use the underground walkway to avoid cold wind or rain. Just follow the exit 12, u will see hotel sign leading you to the lifts.
The room is clean and has a reasonable size for Seoul.5

Great hotel situated right in the heart of Seoul. The hotel elevator takes you right down into a shopping mall that links to Seoul Station’s Line 1 and 4. Good buffet and found the laundry useful. Only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but otherwise a brilliant stay.3

Location is convenient but it is confusing to get from Seoul station to the hotel. Either way, the hotel is very close to the station and is a great stop if you are only in the area for a night to explore.
The staff at check in and check out were very kind. They spoke English and made the check in process very quick.
Rooms are extremely small and feel older. The carpet is old and dirty. Counter space is minimal in the bathroom and the bedrooms are very tight, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a large party or a lot of suitcases.
In the winter, there is no way to turn on the AC at night. The heat is set quite high and the lowest setting is 20 Celsius.
These are all things I wish I knew before staying here. There are a lot of overly positive reviews but in reality there are definite flaws of the hotel.
