We bought a deluxe double room with partial ocean view and it was worth the price. Nice amenities and room service. Highly recommended.
As people who can only eat chicken we found breakfast not worth the price and absence of water dispensers a little troublesome.4

Great location. Right opposite from the beach.
Took us 45-60min drive to hotel from airport.
The senior staff that checked us in went the extra mile to walk us to our room and welcome us. The room itself was clean and practical. It’s more of a service apartment concept. There are 3 different hotels in the same address so prepare to get confused as we did!
No laundry service at hotel so you will need to venture to a nearby Laundromat( the one I found was a 6min walk from hotel)
The swimming pool was under repair when we were there.
Food galore all around - very near to the walking street filled with various food vendors. Choose from international to local food options.
Getting to all the tourists attractions (Heaundae area) from hotel is convenient. A quick taxi ride to all the sights was easy. ( Get the Busan Pass)
(Uber friendly for basic taxi service )
Didn’t use the metro service but it’s also walking distance to the nearest station from the hotel.
For coffee lovers , there are a number different cafes nearby. There’s 2 convenient stores right downstairs at ground floor.3

The hotel is very complicated to enter and move around.....u have to use 2 different lifts and there is no one around to help you
Entry time is 3pm so plan your arrival accordingly. This hotel cam be reached by taxi from Busan KTX station in 15 mins.
There is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel.
The lights in the room are very very dim3

Excellent beach view. Strong air con.
But the room hasn't been renovated for decades.
Booked a family room for 3 persons, but there are only 1 set of shower gel. Tooth brush has to be purchased at concierge. Bath towels are small.
The hotel vertical circulation is extremely bad. It took 30 min from room to check out counter on 6/f , then proceed to 4/f for transfer to level 1. Long queue for every lift.
