Staff was very kind, they answered immediately. This residency is good location. Heaundae beach is only 10 mins by foot. Also convenience store is placed 1st floor of the building. My room has all the facilities include laundry machine. Clean and cosy. And I can use gym for free. Its enough space for myself. This room for 3 people, it will be small if the group composed all adult. This building was blocked by skyscrapers, so the scenery was not so good. But cheap price here.5

The breakfast is simply amazing. The kindest lady in Korea welcomes you every morning with a smile, and explains carefully the food. That is the second best thing, the most delicious food is served for breakfast, and in such a wide variety. You may also eat the continental food, but I would encourage any visitor to try any of the two soups available every day, along the rice and lovely fish cakes, or pork and onion sweet and sour, or the many vegetable dishes. A true paradise. The Hotel is very close to the seaside and very close to the market, and loads of shops.5

Location of the hotel is perfect. There are supermarkets, beach and metro station near the hotel. You need about 25-30 min on foot to get to the railway station. The room has heated wooden flor, minikitchen with microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, and gas stove. You can modify the temperature of the water in the bathroom and the temperature of the wooden floor. Breakfast included is also good - you can choose Korean and/or European food, coffee is tasty.3

Booked a suite room for 4 but provisions given only for 3 persons.
Floors feel constantly dusty.
Car park is hidden and carpark lots are awfully small.
The location is very near to the beach and convenient to travel to the east side of busan.
Rooms are expensive but quality of the room does not match up to the price.
