Good budget hotel, good size room and bathroom, just could use a serious deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty really, just showing it's age. Very friendly staff and we're prompt when we needed new towels.
Breakfast is a nice addition, just very simple with a couple cereals, cheese, crackers, toast, juice, milk and hard boiled eggs.
And nice that they have free water bottles and coffee.4

Very Good location, hotel is near eatery and drinking shops, shopping center. Room stay comfortable and have the bathtub. Only the breakfast is not value. I stayed in 3 days but not have the breakfast there, no food available... only coffee, tea, some bread and granola... very poor collection3

Overall it is a decent hotel. It gets the job done, the staff are very kind, there is free breakfast (a minimal breakfast, but hey, it works), and the beds were comfortable. The main reason I give it three stars despite those things is for the upkeep of the place. At first glance when we walked into our room it looked nice and felt very spacious. The bathroom is quite big too (we stayed in a room that fit four people).
However, the cleanliness of the room is what got to me. I am not a germaphobe, but I am very germ conscious and have been told I have rather high standards of cleanliness. That being said, there were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, a hole in the bed frame, and the tiles and blinds in the bathroom have started to grow what looks like mold. Additionally, the towels provided are the size of a standard hand drying towel. They are NOT great for drying off after a shower, but they are the only towels provided. Once again, they place gets the jobs done—it is a place to sleep, shower and leave our stuff while we explore Busan all for a very reasonable price.
