Rooms are clean and have enough space. We had a great view, but I guess this will depend on the room type you book. The top floor is great on the evening/night to sip some whisky and enjoy the scenery. The pool is very nice and clean.

Friendly staff that great you with a smile. The room was nice and comfy with a view. The only complaint I have is the lack of a club lounge. This is the first Hyatt I've stayed in without one. Food in the hotel is a bit pricey, but that's expected. Explore around the area for options on food. There's a convenience store not too far for those budget minded people. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to fellow companions.

Amazing staff, very clean, and great service. My only complaint is that there is no microwave in the rooms. I know not everyone cares about that, but it makes a difference to me.

Rooms were very, very nice. Views of the harbor were amazing. We really enjoyed staying here. We also did afternoon tea which was really enjoyable, and we got a nightcap one night at the bar, which was good. Room service was also solid. Gym was great. The main drawback is the location; getting to the metro station is a brisk 10 minute walk and there isn't a ton of stuff around. Haeundae Beach is also a pretty brisk 20 minute walk. There's enough to get by - some convenience stores, cafes, and a couple places to eat, but you'll end up wanting to see other parts of the city, and doing that just takes a little more effort.

My fiance and I had an excellent experience staying in Park Hyatt Busan! The concierge staff are extremely friendly. With every step we walked in, they never forget to greet us and were very helpful in assisting the transportation. Check-in was also very smooth and they were willing to check us in early. Highly recommended to have breakfast. A good amount of selection, and tasty food ☺️
