We stayed for 2 nights in Dec2023, the rooms were spacious, warm and clean, with separate area for shower and toilet. There is also coin laundry in one of the floors. It's around 8 mins slow walk from Seomyeon Station. There's a coffee place right below (open for 24hr if i remember correctly), a convenience store next door, and plenty shops and eatery around the area, tent bars also around in the evening, all within walking distance from the hotel.4

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is in the heart of shopping, food and walking distance to Lotte dept and malls. The room was clean and spacious. There was some odd smell from the bathroom but it didn’t matter as we were mostly out and closed the door.
The bed was very comfortable and overall was a pleasant stay. Staff were able to hold our luggage after check out for later pick up. Service is ok. Staff do no not offer more assistance as in other countries but perhaps that is a norm unless it’s a 5* hotel. Great hotel for family/ friends and great location2

This is a real shame. The hotel is lovely, the rooms were fantastic and service great , however the hotel is directly above a bowling alley club and you can hear and feel every pin falling, people cheering and music blasting. The bowling alley closes between 2am and 4am everyday. They have attempted to sound proof however you still hear and feel everything. If you are told you are staying on level 6, request a refund.
Would not recommend based on the bowling alley location.2

Pros
Spacious and clean room. Seems newly decorated. Comfy bed.
Cons
Avoid room 18, 19, Room is facing the building wall, very close. See NOTHING outside.
Tooth brush is not supplied. I understand, but tooth brush cup is not supplied. I do not understand. That is not a disposable product.
The most annoying thing, noisy door bell rang at midnight and in morning. Contacted front desk to check. Cannot sleep well at all.
