This hotel deserves more than five stars! The amenities provided exceeded my expectations. It’s near the Nampo subway station, and the walk up the slope is merely a short one, so it shouldn’t be an issue. Thank you for everything! :)

Excellent choice for our stay in town. We even decided to stay longer than previously booked. Great location close to metro, bus, commercial district and right next to the park. Pretty large room with few complimentary stuff. Nice and kind staff. Recommended.

It is a good hotel/motel. Parking/Valet is available for free/inclusive at the time of our stay. Room had smokey smell at first, but the manager solved it by refreshing it and they managed to ensure our stay was comfortable. There are water dispenser and coffee maker at the lobby. LotteMall, LotteMart, Museum of film and decent massage are all nearby. Value for Money Excellent Location Good Service Thank you SoYu for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Overall cleanliness is ok, the rooms are clean but the reception and bathroom downstairs are kind of dirty. I didnt give a 4 stars because the mattresses were the most uncomfortable we had ever used. We are used to firm beds since we spent multiple weeks in korea in different hotels but at this hotel it was like sleeping directly on the metal springs, you could see the springs through the bedsheets. The owner was nice enough to change our mattresses after we said we couldnt sleep so it was a little bit lessuncomfortable and we were able to sleep the 3 other nights but they still were very uncomfortable. Location is very good, at the base of the busan tower, the stairs to go up are right next to the hotel. Also walkable distance to biff square and the lotte mall. Overall the hotel need to be freshen up, lots of moldy places in the bathroom and the walls are in a serious need of repaint.

The room is okeish, stylish, the only thing I did not like was bedsheets and towels which had a really strong smell of clor, think it is time to change them!
