I stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The location is very convenient and all the staff are very helpful. Mr. Son will recommend food and attractions around Busan. He also teaches how to use the subway, trains and buses.

Can't say anything bad about it just stayed for one night but the person on the reception desk he explained everything for you even the rules and also the places where you can go for example shopping. Later we wanted to wash and dry our clothes so we went downstairs and tried it. The lady from the hotel helped us with explaining and showing us which switch to turn on. Best hotel I have been so far if you ask me. (The service there was 100%). After the checkout they even called us a taxi or when you want food they deliver it to you.5

Stayed a few nights here with my partner. Location is very central but in particular the service was fantastic. The staff were extremely caring and helpful ensuring we had a great stay in Busan. Would highly recommend this place.5

Honestly service is just the best!!! When we arrived early in the morning, receptionist allowed us to leave our luggages and explained to us all the instructions we needed to know about the room, wifi, etc. He also recommended us all the must-go food and restos to try! We tried most of it and he is absolutely right with his recommendations! Room is so spacious and it has everything you need. You can refill your bottle with water at Level 2. Loved this hotel, such a good start to our vacay!5

I had an exceptional experience with this service. From the moment I made the booking, the hotel reached out to me and provided valuable information regarding food options and transportation. They even went above and beyond by proactively sending me updates prior to my check-in.
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and I had no trouble communicating with them in English.
The room itself exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. In addition to the standard amenities, they also provided extras like hair gel, toner, and moisturizer.
The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of Seomyeon with a plethora of eateries nearby.
I wholeheartedly recommend this service to others.
