The landlord can communicate and explain fluently in English!
In the common space on the first floor, there are different kinds of tea bags you can make, candies, and bread made by the landlord for free, which is great!
The hot water from the electric water heater in the bathroom can only be used for 20-25 minutes, but there are shared bathrooms outside that don't have this problem.
There was an unusual sound when the heater and fan in the room were turned on and off. The angle of the heater had to be adjusted to the lower bed, otherwise the not-so-thick quilt provided would wake me up from the cold, and the upper bunk would be too hot!
The room is not big, but it is close to the subway and can walk to Lotte Supermarket!
