Andaz Seoul is in a great location! The nearby neighborhood was very walkable and staff were excited to help me whenever I had questions. Rooms were on the smaller side but incredibly well designed so it was easy to move around in and feeling luxurious. Breakfast buffet was one of the most well done and diverse offerings I’ve ever seen. Overall, this is a great location and I’d be happy to visit again!5

As a foreigner unfamiliar with Korea, having a clean room, convenient transportation, and nearby convenient dining and shopping options were important to me. Andaz Gangnam is one of the two hotels I mainly booked and stayed at when I went to Korea. I appreciated the vibrant energy at the front desk, and it was comforting to encounter many English speakers during breakfast at the hotel or when using the lounge. Having experienced both the suite and junior suite rooms, the junior suite felt more open-concept and spacious. Of course, it also felt much more cost-effective. I stayed there for nearly two months in total last year, and except for one instance where the vanity in the bathroom was broken, there was nothing to fault. I strongly recommend it to foreigners traveling in Korea, especially Seoul.5

5 star hotel located just next to Apujeong station.
The room was superb, very well designed to give a nice comfortable ambiance. Huge bathroom with a nice tub.
Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of Western and Korean.
Staffs are very friendly and professional.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Even a nice playground for the kids just behind the hotel.
Would definitely come back here to stay again if I come back to Seoul.5

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were bright, colorful & clean furnished with everything required during our stay. The staff was always polite and super helpful.
The subway station is right below the hotel making it very easy to go around. The hotel also has many convenience stores and coffee shops at walking distance. Overall Andaz was a perfect stay in the heart of Gangnam.4

Location was good - located near to all the cool areas in Gangnam. The hotel itself looked a bit old and the floor was not flat. It’s not expected as a high 5-star. But the hotel staff was nice enough to prepare welcoming gifts for my honeymoon.
