This hotel truly stands out as one of the best. The customer service exceeded expectations, offering an excellent experience. The breakfast was delightful with an all-you-can-eat option, creating a relaxing dining atmosphere. The daily bed-making and the central location, convenient for our preferred destinations, added to the overall satisfaction. Although a mysterious coffee spill occurred on my friend's jacket, we couldn't recall how it happened as we hadn't spilled anything. Despite this, our experience was so positive that I've already booked another three nights for our return from Busan.5

I was here on FEB2024. As I needed a place to stay around this area last minute, I have to say I had no issues during my time here and it worked out great for a short stay. I checked-in around 1am on a Thursday and asked to check out late on Sunday (25 USD for a checkout at 3pm) I Stayed 3 nights. The location was excellent, a convenience store was just 2min walk from the side door. Every day you get 2 complimentary bottles of water and the room has a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and a hairdryer. There are a couple of good coffee shops behind the hotel. Uber (UT) is easy to grab from here.4

Stayed four nights, incurred a cost of 2200 SAR. The location was excellent, and the overall comfort was satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in the cleaning service, as the room wasn't vacuumed properly each day. On a positive note, amenities included a coffee machine, kettle, and a hairdryer, with two complimentary water bottles provided daily.4

Nice place and good location. Bus to/from Incheon airport is just across the street. Great views from the road side rooms, though a bit noisy sometimes and quiet rooms on the other side.3

Room had all the necessary amenities and room service daily was prompt. Bidet toilet and laundry room were big pluses. Location honestly is not that bad and the walk to the train station is an easy 10-15 min walk. However, rating only 3 stars due to check in experience - attempted to check in at 2pm and was asked to pay an early check in fee, seems very low class to do so - are you going to refund me an early check out fee since I checked out earlier?
