My 2nd time here! The hostess is the best and remembered me!
Quiet, clean! Room and bathroom big enough for me. Very close to all the areas I wanted to go. Bus stops, trains stations, convenient stores, bars cafes all at walking distance. I will comeback again for sure5

It is very close to Exit 2 of Sogangda University Station and Exit 7 of Sinchon Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and can store luggage. There is a laundry service. 4Kg clothes are 7,000 won and will be washed and placed in the room.
Employees will not be at the counter until about 12 o'clock, and no one will be there until about 7 o'clock in the evening. They will give you a password and use the electronic lock to enter and exit.
The room was clean and tidy, and the only shortcomings were relatively minor. However, the price for a triple room for 6 days and 5 nights was less than 12,000, so overall it was a good deal.4

The waiters are kind, the house is comfortable and warm, easy to communicate with in Chinese, Korean or English🥰3

Great location with walkable range to the subway station (Sinchon station). A few convenient stores nearby. Staffs were barely there, so I always contact the owner via chat application while I stay there. The price is pretty cheap. The quality is kind of okay for the price. Bed room was okay, the only thing is I felt that the heater didn’t work as good as they should have. The bathroom is okay. If you are in a budget, this place is considered as a suitable one.
