The location is a bit far from the station, but there are many shops nearby and the accommodation itself is clean and nice. The bathroom was small, but it was clean and had many areas, which was nice. There were a lot of outlets and there was nothing inconvenient to use overall. I want to go again if I get the chance.

They were using white pure cotton bedding! Even luxury pensions and guesthouses that cost much more often don't use white, so I was able to understand at a glance the host's attitude toward customers. The sense of ensuring individual privacy by installing independent blinds, lights, and outlets in each individual bunker bed in the hottest location in Yeonnam-dong was also excellent. Highly recommended in every way!

I chose it as a meeting place and the response was really good. It's located right next to Dongjin Market, so there's a lot to see, and since it's near Hongdae, it's nice to have a variety of delivery options. The interior of the accommodation is also clean and nice👍🏻

I've visited many guesthouses around the world, but I never thought I'd see a guesthouse in Korea with good prices and good interior conditions. The hostess is really sincere and takes care of her guests, so it gets 5 stars. If I go to Korea, I'll definitely choose Picnic.

The alley I found in Korea was so pretty and nice. It would take at least 3 days just to walk through this alley. The best guest house. The facilities were very good for the price.
