Service is great and the room is comfortable with amble amenities provided. The downside are that the price is a bit high (180,000 WON per night) and the location is not as conveiencet as I expect since there is still a few minutes walk away from subway station.

It was a super long wait for the lady at the front desk to arrange the room keys and card ( about 20 mins then she asked us to sit at the sofa to wait ) I think more training is needed as she kept asking her colleagues to help with our check in as the system kept showing someone was already using the room that we were supposed to check in. They could’ve been more apologetic or gave us some water but they fell short of this hospitality. And also the walls are very thin here so noise travels easily.

It was my first trip to Korea. This hotel doesn’t allow early check in even it was only 45 mins to 3pm. I was carrying my sleeping 2 years old, the staff ask for 20,000 won if i want the room at 2:15pm. I couldn’t believe my ear also not sure if this is a culture in Korea. So we waited till 3pm for the room. Upon check in, no one there to help me with my luggages despite I’m alone handling my child, 2 suitcases and 2 hand carry bags. Horrible experience for my 1st day in Seoul. The hotel location is not superb nor the room is fantastic, the price is not cheap. Hotel lobby on 4th floor. Lost card will be charged at 10,000 won. Choose a better hotel for a better experience in Korea. I will never stayed in this hotel again.

Not value for money and there is no air-con available in room after November.... We cannot sleep well overnight as its very warm (22 degree with no air-con). As the hotel staff said that Korea will be very cool in the next few days and they need to switch the whole hotel from cold to heart function due to centralize air-con system.... (i was like...) When you shower in bathroom, you will 100% make the floor all wet as there is no shelter in bathtub. Also the room is quite dark and the sensitive-light in door will be only open when u walk passed by. And if you stay at the last corner room, you will hear quite noisy machine sound next to the wall when anyone having bath...
