I stayed here for more than a year. The rooms are good and the service is excellent.

Very nice hotel with polite employees (the cleaning lady is very friendly and nice :)). The room features a kitchen with utensils, cups and bowls, and two pans to heat. Nee towels are given daily, and the is a hair dryer in the closet.
The hotel is very close to supermarkets, AirPort Bus, Myeongdong shopping street and other nice places. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Seoul.
Also, the night before the end of my stay i got notified my plane was delayed by a full day, and the hotel had no problem extending my reservation of the room, thank you!3

The property is centrally located in the Dongdaemun area on the main road and there is also the K Airport Limousine (KAL) Bus Stop in just front of it.
There is also Nice to CU Convenience Store in the right-hand side corner of the building.
Rooms are like old-fashioned and require renovation and should also have new universal type of switches so as to get connected to them with the laptop & mobile chargers.2

The location is good and the airport limousine stops Infront of the hotel. The rooms are big but the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I was initially given a clean room at the top floor but it was facing a construction site which was very loud in the morning so I asked to be moved. My new room on the 5th floor was not clean at all and
the hallway reeked of food trash that people had put outside of their rooms that seemed hadn't been collected for days. The smell was really bad. My room was never cleaned during my 4 day stay. They just made my bed once. Didn't change the sheets or towels or clean the bathroom or even clean the used cups and plates. Maybe different floors have different cleaners who have different levels of cleanliness. Also I've stayed in a fair number of hotels in Korea and this is the only one that does not let you use the air conditioner at all (my stay was in spring) and provides you with coffee and water only on the first day of your stay (I asked them on day 2 to restock and they said no.) Overall there's better hotels in the area for the same price so I wouldn't book again.
