I liked the hotel. Very comfortable bed (would be a bit small for two people)- had a very good sleep. Good sound insulation from outside, not through the door (nevertheless there were not many people talking loudly in the corridor). Hotel is close to Myeongdong street and many catering options. Airport limo bus stop is just around the corner. Weirdly the reception is on the 17 floor. I also did not like that I got handicapped room (perhaps it is more spacious, but there was no bathtub).

Location is great. Close to the subway and the airport limousine bus service stop too. Rooms are a little dated and not much space to open suitcases. Overall a decent experience when price and location come into play.

Good location close to subway and everything else. Room was clean but a bit small. Front desk service was alright but you only see them when you check in and check out.

Attended at the lobby area who name bu won jung was very helpful booking restaurant and guiding us a good direction to the restaurant. She even intro a good restaurant base on local taste. However, there was a little room improvement on make up room area. I was told the housekeeping only available from morning to 3pm only. When I wanted to clean the room at 5pm was not available.

Overall it was a good hotel, the people working in the breakfast area, the concierge on the first floor and the trainees did an exceptional job. They were very friendly and helped with everything we asked for.
