Stayed a night in the line friends theme room, the whole floor has line friends decoration and the whole room has so many details which is all great for photos. The staff are quite helpful and they work quite fast even though it was busy during check in time. The hotel is located few bus stop away from the central myeongdong, it is quite convenient to get around. I really loved the room, the amenities are very nice, with skincare provided too, which is awesome. It's deinitely worth it if you are a line friends fan.5

The newly renovated rooms are cozy and comfy. I visited the hotel during winter and it was a cooling room to come back to.
The new toilet looks fancy with the wooden floor and bathtub as well as with the comfortable bed.
The hotel is also near myeongdong shopping place (5 mins walk) with a nearby airport express limousine bus that comes every 15 mins (can vary).
The food had a good variety with kimchi, eggs and bread for breakfast everyday. The staff were helpful during my stay, helping to keep a suitcase for 7 days.
If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable and happy place come to this hotel. I find no problems here at all.5

Room very clean and bed is comfortable. Just the pillow too soft … Everyday during 10 pm onward i can hear a very noisy water flown sound from upper floor .. ps. I stay in 15th floor. And stay for 5 night.3

Had high expectations for a Japanese chain hotel (4 stars, at that). However the hotel was quite badly maintained. There were visible scratches/ marks in the doors and walls, and the cleanliness was also suspect… The view was nice but the window was soo dirty. Pros are that location is good - near City Hall station and the airport bus also stops nearby.
