Owner is very nice. Convenient location. Very near to subway. A lot of good restos around the area. Check-in is strictly at 3pm but you can leave your luggage on the concierge while you roam around5

Overall, I think the hotel is great. 1) Beds/Sheets are relatively new and clean; 2) Modern amenities - Fast wifi and good air purifier; 3) Clean room with recent/modern upgrades; 4) free coffee (good grinded coffee) and water in lobby; 5) very quiet; 6) and most importantly, service is excellent. For the price range, it's one of the best hotels around the area. I would back back again for sure.5

Location is nice as it is near myeongdong and namdaemun market. Staff is accomodating and kind and they greet you with a smile. Neighborhood is quiet and a downside is the uphill walk back up to the hotel which can be exhausting after a long day of walking. The place is also convenient as it is near the hoehyeon train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the service is consistent and good. A good stay in Seoul for the price and free breakfast4

Tucked in a quiet side street -- The Lumia Hotel is a short 10 minute stroll from Myeongdong's main shopping area. The staff was very accommodating, to the point of personally purchasing food for us, because the kitchen was already closed, when we arrived from the airport. The rooms were spacious, and suitably appointed. The selection for the included breakfast was limited. Overall though, the hotel offers good value for money. I would recommend this for small families, or groups, that are looking for a great start off point to their adventures in Seoul.3

For public transportation its a good hotel (20min walk from seoul station)
(It also has parking slots) The cleaning is not the best, everywhere I found blackhairs also after every 'Day-cleaning'
...I stayed 3 nights for the price i payed, let's say, OK.
