Staff were really nice upon checking in/out. Location is great for Coex mall and to do some shopping in the local area. The drinks/snacks in the hotel room are a little over priced (three-four times the amount you can get in an emart right beside the hotel). Otherwise, a great stay.5

With my Bonvoy membership status, I was given a late checkout and upgraded from a city view king to a river view queen + single room.
The room has a minimal closet with a small safe across from a glass-enclosed sink, toilet and shower. A TV was mounted on the wall opposite of the beds. The beds were nice in firmness and quite comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a wooden desk and a bench seating along the window that faced the river, with a glassdoor beverage fridge, underneath. The view of the river was interesting as you see the distant hills and cityscape with the hustle of cars on a circular on-ramp and crossing the river via a bridge.4

Stayed here on vacation. I really enjoyed the hotel, but there were a few things that let it down. For the positive, the breakfast is amazing and totally worth the money. It was a giant buffet with all kinds of foods. We paid extra for a room with a river view, and that was also worth it. The room was nice, the toilet had a built-in heated seat and bidet. They provided free bottled water and were very generous with it. The location was good, walking distance from Cheongdam station and COEX mall, so we were never troubled finding places to eat. They have a washer and dryer downstairs that cost 4000w each to use.
For the downsides, the thing that annoyed me the most was that the website said they had a concierge, and they don't. The hotel front desk were able to answer some questions but I felt like they were busy with other duties and trying to hurry me. The TV was not a smart TV, which surprised me because the hotel was very modern otherwise.
There is a bus 6006 that will drop you off right by this hotel. We were waiting for our bus back to the airport and a taxi driver picked us up for a similar price instead. So there are plenty of transport options to get to and from the airport.
Overall, I would stay here again.3

During the weekend evenings, if you are staying in the room facing the main road, you will hear constant loud exhaust sounds of sports cars.
The room itself wasn’t bad, its not too old and well maintained. The cleaning lady was very friendly.
The location wasn’t too convenient. It is far away from the subway. The good thing was that the airport bus stops nearby (across the road in front of hotel riviera). There were some small restaurants 100m away.
The staff was helpful in getting us to change to a river facing room during our last night’s stay. It was very nice of them.
