31Page is a hotel with a unique design, modern facilities, and an intimate ambience that would surely welcome budget-conscious lodgers. Although the room wasn't spacious, I could see it was sensibly designed in a way that enables you to experience everything a good room can provide: The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which didn't interfere with the main space for the bed and the TV as well as a table for your belongings. What unintentionally turned this place to be more pleasurable for me was a simple-looking, cost-friendly Chinese restaurant nearby that offered truly delicious jjajangmyeon and jjambbong :)

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. The location was super convienent and very close to the subway! The hotel was very clean and the room I stayed in was so comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful which made the overall experience more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very close to the train station, very convenient for those who want to take the train to Gangwon-do~ It’s a bit weird that the hotel requires 17:00 to check in! Room service staff are friendly The size and equipment of the room are okay, but the design of the toilet is very strange. I shower first and then go to the toilet ~ very strange design! For heating, you need to get a small heater from the counter. It was very needed when there was a cold wave. The price is very affordable and the location is great, but you will hear loud noises when the train passes by
