Amazing staff, clean rooms and hotel is just close to restaurants and right in front of the bus stop. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel which is open 24/7.

This is a famous franchising hotel un the world. In Jeju Island, this hotel is located in tge middle of the Jeju City. Provided a very relax, enjoyable and convenient environment to customer during their stay. A very memorable experience stayung in Ramada Hotel. Enjoy.

Very quick and efficient service. The staff can speak a little English but are very welll trained to handle your questions and will help you especially in Korean translation or questions! It is well located at a convienient location in city hall as well with multiple dining and entertainment options nearby! Bed was super bouncy and pillow was 2 sets of soft pillows. Room wifi is very good !

Good breakfast variety. Clean rooms. Ample parking. Front desk help limited for non Korean speaking guests.

Good and simple hotel with some issues. It's centrally located with a bus stop right in front, so you can easily explore the island. Sadly the room was incredibly hot (28⁰) despite us leaving the window open 24/7 and we asked the reception to reduce the heating or provide us with the AC remote, but they refused. Their heating is central, so you can't adjust your room temperature. In my opinion this is a major flaw.
