The condition of the condo looks very old, and the interior of the rooms has been remodeled and is clean. Parking can be done comfortably as there is plenty of space in the condo parking lot and outside on the breakwater. I used a twin room, and the bed size was a bit small, like a super single. My husband and I, a 3-5 year old elementary school student, were sleeping for 4 of us and it was a bit tight. I stayed during the holidays for about 150,000 won, and I felt the price was reasonable. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony view was nice as it had an ocean view.

It's cheap and the location is great! The exterior looks shabby, but the interior is clean! This is a well-maintained accommodation. It's nice to have a marine sports facility right next to it.

The phone service wasn't friendly and didn't provide enough information about the room, so I had to ask around to find a room, so I was unsure about the room condition, but the room and bathroom were really clean, had enough basic shower amenities, and the view was really nice. It was conveniently located in an alley next to a major road, making it easy to move around.

It is located in downtown Tongyeong, so transportation is convenient for visiting Tongyeong's major attractions. It is a good value for money accommodation, but if parking is not enough, you can park on the surrounding roads and around the breakwater.
