I Love this place. They always have helpful staff and rooms at a great value with a good cafe, lounge, gym, and kids' entertainment room. The pool is nice too 👍

Great view from our room and the facilities are great Not a lot of staff who can speak or understand basic requests in English, but all are very friendly

I booked this hotel because I wanted a relaxing weekend at a hotel. On the day we planned to use the pool, I found out the pool is only open from 4 pm to 7 pm and costs an additional 34,000won. This fee was not mentioned anywhere on the website or any booking site, I made a point to look before booking because we planned to use the pool. The sun deck was closed our entire 4 day stay, and so was the kids' playroom. While the hotel is clean, all the amenities cost additional or are closed. We spent the 4 days staring out our room window at the Utop Marina Hotel's pool where guests swam all day and into the evening while the Shilla's pool sat closed. This hotel is pricey. Use your money to book a different hotel with amenities you can actually use.

My group used 5 rooms for one night. Overpriced, in terms of over all quality. Pro: very clean, great view, quiet. Many cons: they charge for swimming pool and gaming room (not that I heard of in this industry. I’m from the States and I’ve traveled over 15 countries. I know I haven’t traveled much yet.) receptionist was not friendly enough. No smile no proactive approach. My request to talk to a manager was repeatedly ignored and declined. Not enough parking spots in night time. Yeosu is in full swing of getting tourists from all around world, taking advantage of K-things. This hotel knows the opportune time to make money. The city was very pretty, though.
