Perhaps because of the regional characteristics of Goheung, it is not very crowded even during the peak summer season (Friday-Sunday. Stay 2 nights and 3 days). It's new, so it's very clean and all the staff are friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the detailed finishes such as the molding inside the room, the silicone floating part, the slipperiness of the swimming pool stairs (it would be better if you put an anti-pad on it), and peeling floor paint. Even though I stayed at the ocean view (west facing) accommodation on the 5th floor, the lowest of the rooms, the sunset over Boseong Bay (Goheung Bay?) was spectacular. The breakfast buffet menu is also diverse, fresh and delicious, so the price (advance reservation 20,000 won) is not a waste, but if the menu was reduced a little more and the price was lowered, I think I would have eaten all two days. Goheung is not a place that has been developed a lot, but there are quite a few places to visit nearby (maybe I couldn't find it. I only saw the Goheung-gun publicity leaflet). For example, Buncheong Cultural Museum, Cypress Healing Forest, Palyeongsan Neunggasa Temple, Naro Space Center, Gwayeok Baekban Street & Coffee, Nokdong Port Drone Show, swimming pool in front of the accommodation, Goheung Bay seawall stalls, blueberry cafe, etc.. However, the part I was satisfied with was much bigger than the part I was disappointed with, so 200% of the intention to revisit in the spring and fall!
