I was satisfied with this hotel since the room condition was good and clean, and the hotel is located quite close to famous travel attractions.

Very small but nice room, AC takes a good few hours to feel it's cooling down from the 27 Celsius,

Room was quite large. When checking in at 2 the attendant took my passport and was about to check me in and looked at me and said oh you have to wait until 3. Then said oh 2:30. Then another attendant came over and said she could check me in now. Was a bit off putting. Also 30 degrees Celsius in June and the pools not open. Don’t advertise on booking sites you have a pool if it’s non operable.

WORST HOTEL BREAKFAST EVER, basic rooms, the elevators are so slow, the gym is literally awful. The staff were nice. Practical location.

When we got our room it stunk of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking room. We also only had one towel even though it was a room for two. The bed was uncomfortable. The fitness center was the saddest one I’ve ever used - run down tiny tiny treadmills (2) and only 3 pairs of dumbbells.
