Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Located on the scenic south shore of Jeju island in a very quiet area. The hotel boasts lots of great inclusive facilities such as a large heated outdoor pool, mini golf, games room, table tennis room, secret garden trail and rooftop garden area. Our room was beautiful including a private enclosed double jacuzzi bath on the balcony, facing the stunning ocean views. The restaurant also serves delicious Italian inspired dishes including several vegetarian options including pizza, arancini and pastas. The pool and hot tub are very warm and can be enjoyed until late into the evening. I absolutely recommend GoldOne Hotel & Suites if you are looking for luxurious accommodation on the south of Jeju island at a reasonable price.

My stay at the hotel on Jeju Island was truly exceptional. The room featured a private jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury to the experience. The hotel also had a pool, perfect for relaxation. What truly stood out was the breakfast—steak! It was a delightful surprise and the quality was outstanding. The friendly and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and indulgent getaway on Jeju Island.

Hotel is very nice, located very close to the scenic locations on Jeju Island and also very conveniently located next to restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms are HUGE. The breakfast has an insanely diverse selection and the best part of the hotel is the staff. Not only do the staff speak English but they go above and beyond in customer service, and were easily the best part of our Jeju experience

I had an incredible week-long stay here this year with my family. My room was clean and stylish and the view was gorgeous. The staff also provided exceptional service. Next time I visit Jeju I will definitely be coming back.

The front desk service was absolutely great! Especially the gray-haired gentleman who can speak English quite well! The front desk people in general were professional and careful: seeing us waiting outside the lobby, they would approach us and ask us if we need any help for taxi hailing. I took one star off from my rating for the hotel due to the hotel location: honestly speaking, there are not many food choices around. And the hotel is not near any scenic spot. Luckily, there is a bus stop nearby where we can take buses to many main scenic areas, so it is not that bad. Also, there is an excellent outdoor swimming pool in the resort, in which guests can have some entertainment. Last but not least, we got a 20% off discount for the Seogwipo Submarine tour from this hotel. A young man at the front desk helped us with the reservation. Thanks to him!
