This is a great hotel to stay at if you are in Busan. The location is very close to Seomyeon Station, and also to many bars/restaurants. All of the amenities were top of the line and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredible.

Location is good between 2 subway stations, nice price and room, service is okay but could do better, house cleaning forgot giving me towel once and bottle of water twice during my staying

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel staff charged my friend’s credit card twice on the day we checked in, but because it was Friday night, they said they can only check with the bank on Monday. On Monday, my friend asked them, but they said to check with them when we checked out. HOWEVER, when we checked out, the staff (different one from the day before) did not know about this!!!! It seems like she didn’t know how to handle it, so she told us to contact them if the charges did went through twice. At this point we were very frustrated since they should be the one confirming with the bank, not us!!! Even though we already know that they charged us twice (the bank app informed my friend twice about the hotel fee charges), we decided to call the bank when we get back to our home country. AND we did and the bank did confirm to us that the payment went through twice. So we called and email the hotel, and they FINALLY confirmed with the bank to cancel one of the charges. Like WTF shouldn’t they do this on Monday???!!!This whole experience is just frustrating. There are lots of hotel options in this area, no need to risk being charged twice to stay here.
