• These tickets are exclusively for foreigners, and you must bring your passport to collect them.
• Performance details such as seating and show order may change due to the organizer's circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for changes in the lineup unless cancellation or refund is officially announced by the organizer.
• Concert age restriction: Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter (Minors may enter when accompanied by parents.)
• Included: 2025 D AWARDS (1 ticket), Airport Express Train AREX One-way ticket
• Not included: Personal expenses, travel insurance, and meals

How to Reserve

1. Fill in all required information accurately and complete the payment.
2. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day after your reservation is complete. (Please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.)
3. Collect your ticket at the ticket booth during operating hours.
4. Enjoy the performance!
5. Please use the Airport Express Train AREX one-way ticket within the validity period (until 2025.12.01) at your convenience.

How to use Airport Express Train AREX

• Please use the Airport Express Train AREX One-way ticket freely within the validity period (~2025.12.01). 
• This product will be sent as a QR voucher with a 13-digit exchange number that can be used both online and offline (at the ticket vending machine).
• The Creatrip voucher will be sent within 24 hours after payment. 
• The QR voucher is for exchange into a ticket and is not a boarding pass. 
• For online use, reservations must be made in advance on the AREX official website, and please bring the ticket with the QR code when visiting the site. 
• When making an online reservation, only one exchange number can be applied per segment. 
• Offline reservations can be made at the 'Direct Train Ticket Vending Machine' on site. 
• Enter the exchange number (13 digits) or scan the QR code at the ticket vending machine to exchange it for a physical ticket. 
• After completing the online/offline reservation, scan the ticket with the QR code at the train gate for immediate entry.

2025 D AWARDS Notice

• This ticket is exclusively for foreign nationals, and a passport or alien registration card must be presented when collecting tickets.
• The ticket zone and seat numbers for purchasers will be revealed on the day of the event.
• Tickets must be exchanged for physical ones at the venue.
• When collecting pre-booked tickets on-site, you must present the booking confirmation and valid identification (passport or alien registration card) for all attendees. Photocopies or photos of IDs are not accepted. Tickets cannot be issued or refunded if any required documents are missing or if the information does not match.
• If a ticket is found to have been purchased through illegal means, the purchase will be forcibly canceled.
• Responsibility for lost or damaged tickets lies with the ticket holder. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, and entry is not allowed without a ticket.
• Entry may be denied or seat changes may occur after the closing time for admission. Re-entry is not permitted after the performance begins, so please arrive early to wait at the venue.
• To ensure a safe viewing experience, only water is allowed inside the viewing area. Food is prohibited.
• Entry may be denied if you bring a tripod or large camera, so please be cautious.
• The maximum size for carry-on bags is 30cm x 30cm.
• Those collecting tickets on-site must arrive at the designated time. Failure to do so may result in denied entry, affecting your rights.

Airport Express Train AREX Notice

• Airport Express Train AREX one-way ticket can be used freely within the validity period (~2025.12.01). 
• Children under 6 years old ride for free when accompanying an adult, but an additional ticket must be purchased if a separate seat is required. 
• It can be used in either direction between Seoul Station-Incheon Airport / Incheon Airport-Seoul Station. It is a one-way ticket, and a return ticket must be purchased separately. 
• This is a product exclusively for foreigners and cannot be used by Korean nationals. 
• The ticket is limited to the train between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. 
• Additional charges will apply at the counter if transferring to regular subway or going to places other than Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport Station. 
• If you miss your reserved train, you can change to another train before the departure time. 
• The first change is free, but a fee of 1,000 won will be charged per change thereafter (maximum 3 changes allowed). Detailed reservation methods and changes can be found on the AREX website.
