The National Hangeul Museum, in collaboration with the Chungcheongnam-do Institute of History and Culture, is holding a special exhibition titled 'Hangeul, Writing the Heart' until July 6 at the Chungcheongnam-do Museum of History. This exhibition presents Hangeul materials from the Joseon Dynasty, including royal and aristocratic letters, showcasing affection among family members. Notable exhibits include 'Jeongjo’s Hangeul Letters,' a treasure showcasing letters from King Jeongjo, and the 'Eongan Book,' which organizes family letters and formats. Additionally, there is a digital experience for royal Hangeul letters. Other highlights include 'Prince Deok On's Autobiography' and 'Nobleman’s Will,' a Hangeul will by a famous Confucian scholar's mother from the 19th century. The museum also plans a series of exhibitions across Korea, including modern Hangeul transformations and regional dialect exhibitions.
