Amazing place , well connected with all modes of transport metro, bus and even the airport shuttle. You have to pay for toiletries. Early check in charged by the hour. Breakfast closes fast. Not a very large spred. The pool is on the terrace but is closed most of the time ( no water )3

Horrible hotel. How is this a four star hotel? Firstly there was no bell boy to help us with the luggage or even to OPEN the front door. Receptionist was also unfriendly and cold and not welcoming at all. Room is pretty basic, nothing special at all but there’s barely any amenities, not even a toothbrush! Room slippers are not the disposable kind so they’re worn out and gross. Tables have significant dents and chips and it just looks bad. The USB charger ports don’t even work either! All in all just horrible and disappointing. I’ve stayed at 2-3 star hotels that are better than this.2

Service:
We didn’t feel welcomed when we checked in . The staff who helped us checked-in was wearing a mask but still you can tell he’s unhappy or annoyed about something. We were very cooperative and there was not any issue with us or our reservation, but he was very cold during the whole process. There’s another staff who was also there and helped us a little bit, was much better.
Room:
Rooms looks older than pictures. (Looks clean though)
The vanity is outside of bathroom in the hallway? which is not very common.
No socket near the beds which is inconvenient. Others are ok but I believe if you are paying the same amount you can totally find better place to stay.
I’m not saying it’s a disaster. I have stayed multiple 4 stars hotels in Korea but this one is the worst among them.
