Excellent location, within walking distance of lot of places in the Jagalchi and Nampo area. Also right next to a bus stop and subway station.
The hotel was clean and spacious and the service was great. The only slight complaint was the room got a bit too hot at night due to the heating from below floors (AC was disabled because it was November).
I will definitely return next time I stay in Busan. Great value for money.

The hotel was very well presented, with welcoming and professional staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was very centrally located, very convenient for visiting the city. Quiet location. Highly recommended.

Great location. Very good hotel near Jagalchi Market and BIFF Square. It’s a 2min walk to both.
The room is very nice and clean. However, it is a bit tight. Not much place to put your luggage. Also, there is no closet, only hangers on the wall to hang your jacket if needed. There is a TV with over 300 channels, but all in Korean. The bathroom is very clean and the toilet is a smart toilet with a heated seat and other functions: cleaning, bidet, sitz bath, drying. They give you hand soap, body wash and shampoo. They also have a box with toothbrushes, a razor, and Q-tips. They have a hairdryer if needed. The outlets are versatile. You can use Europe plugs, Korean plugs or Canadian/American plugs. No adaptors needed. Under the bed, they have bathrobes and slippers for the guests.
Service is good. They are very polite and helpful.
What I find annoying is the room door and the bathroom door. The room door is so heavy to push to open every time. It’s a self-closing door. A child could easily be squished in between the door and the frame.
As for the bathroom door, it is a gliding door that is also very heavy to pull. On top of that, it doesn’t even close completely when you lock it. Very strange concept.

Excellent location to stay in nampo.
Bed is abit too soft.
Room is clean.
Staff are friendly and a resident cat is staying in the lobby.

Apparently, the hot water boiler at this hotel is optional, deciding to abandon its duties just in time for our evening shower. They offered an apology, but 'sorry' isn't a sufficient replacement for basic amenities. Am I supposed to suggest a solution? That's not exactly within my job description as a guest. But then again, perhaps it isn't within theirs as hotel staff either. Just a hint of sarcasm, of course, but a working boiler would have been much preferred or a solution.
