I used to be Ms Heluil y a un mois
Stayed here during before and after Chuseok. Staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Tom - he helped my husband communicate with the company who organised our transport to the hotel, when he discovered he’d dropped his phone in the van.
Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels, and bottles of water replaced. Handy coin washing machine and drier on basement floor.
Overall, my family of 3 and I loved our stay.5

I stayed at the ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Myeongdong for four nights. It's a great hotel. I had a wonderful view of the city from the 15th floor. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. They cheerfully answered all my stupid questions.
Shopping, and dining in the area was great! So many choices within easy walking distance. If you're interested...the Namsan Seoul Tower is very close. The walk to where you get the cable car ride up the mountain is an easy fifteen minute walk from the hotel.
I would definitely stay there again when I visit Seoul.4

Excellent location just outside Myeongdong station exit 10. Good facilities and well appointed rooms as well. Only issues were that WiFi kept disconnecting and the towels are washed in too strong chlorine.4

Hotel is conveniently situated. There is a 24 hour convenience store right next door and only a five minute walk to the Myeongdong Street Market and multiple cafes. The room is not that big which is expected of the hotels across Asia. One downfall was the walls are not soundproof. Both my son and I were awaken by the loud chatting and slamming of door from the people in the room to our left. Also, the wallpaper was tearing off on one side of the room.
