It is an urban oasis where we can feel relaxed. I stayed a night for a weekend getaway with my family. The relaxation pool and incense in the room were unique, staffs were kind, breakfast restaurant was cozy and the food was also good!5

It is located in Namsan Mountain, a landmark of Seoul, and it was a place where I could heal in nature.
The view of the forest I see when I wake up in the morning is enough to fill the energy of the day, and the outdoor swimming pool "Oasis" is literally enough to feel what an oasis is like.3

Came here for an amazing experience, I have had better from 3-4 star venues. Was taking advantage of prepayment, which I did. At the end of the stay, was advised the policy that I need to refund the advanced payment, then re-pay again. All this mind you while a pre-booked taxi has the meter running with my luggage in the car. Just a waste of 20 mins of my life on this. This is meant to be a high end hotel. Small encounters like this, ruin the experience. Despite arguing with the receptionist, she tells me its a deposit payment. How can a deposit payment be the full amount, then being told I need to refund, then repay. Being told this is policy.
On checkin, never mentioned. On email, never mentioned.
On another note, the amenities are first class of a luxury spa.3
