Good value for money. Loved our stay here. Location is good, near to both Myeongdong and City Hall area. Room were spacious (we stayed in the royal twin room). The bathroom is small though and the floor gets wet when you take a shower but not a deal breaker for us. Bath towels were small as well so you might want to bring your own. There was an LG styler in the room which was pretty cool and it also has a balcony. We would definitely stay there again if the price is right. 😊

The stay classic is very clean and easily accessible by airport limousine bus. All the staff have been helpful during our stay but Krystal stood out the most. During our crisis when I lost my phone in a taxi, Krystal went above and beyond to help us get the phone back by calling the taxi driver for us due to language barrier. While Krystal was conversing with the taxi driver we could tell there were some obstacles and challenges but thanks to Krystal advocating for us and putting herself in our shoes, we got our phone back within 10 min. Not to mention Krystal helped us remain calm throughout the situation. Krystal also personally came out twice to check on us and make sure we were okay while we were waiting for the taxi to come back. Not only was Krystal competent and efficient but she was empathetic and genuinely wanted to help her guest. Krystal is truly an excellent and valuable staff member at this hotel. Her empathetic and exceptional service is what elevates this hotel from good to brilliant.

Room was comfy and new. About 10 mins walk to the Myeongdong shopping area. Cafe and convenient store around the corner. Comes with washer and a LG styler you can use it as clothes dryer as well. Great for families. Aircon is superb quiet and comfy. Lighting is one of the best I've seen. There are 6 lights you can control to suit. Bathroom and shower is not separated so the whole room is wet after shower. However the aircon and ventilation is great it drys the floor very quickly. The only down side is you cannot cook anything inside the room. There is no microwave in room. Only 1 microwave at basement so it's a little messy to carry food up and down elevator. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Airport bus right outside but I haven't tried them. Taxi only cost around 89000 won so if you have a group of 3 or 4 it's worth it. Storage of lagguage is not free. Locker cost 10000 /4 hrs each locker. Not the cheapest, but they are very clean and handy at hotel basement.

The hotel is new, it is an apartment-style hotel. Perfect for a slightly longer stay as it comes with a washing machine and a "cloth styler" (plus plus point, one of the reason I booked the hotel is to try the LG cloth styler!) Most importantly, the staffs are mostly friendly and helpful! One day after room service, we saw our sim card placed on the table, which we didn't realise when we accidentally dropped it from our wallet. It would have been a great hassle if it had gone missing. Thanks to the cleaner who made up our room and being so detailed by paying attention to something so small, and making sure we see it when we are back to the room! Additionally, special thanks to the front desk staff who helped us to order a takeaway using her phone, solving our language and payment issue T_T she didn't need to do it but she helped us! We appreciate her very much! Hotel management, please recognise this kind of hospitality and please treat them well! On the other hand, can request for the room facing the back if you are a light sleeper as the buses can gets quite noisy. The only down point was the bed was too stiff (perhaps everything was new!) Overall a great stay at the hotel. and the location is convenient with bus stops right at the doorstep, and bus system is very convenient as compared to Subway there!!! Additionally, it is especially easy when you leave Seoul with huge luggages when the airport bus stop is just a few steps away! With this good review, I hope the hotel will still be affordable when I visit next time :) hey hotel manager if you are reading this, at least some discount for me please? Hahaha.

The hotel is clean and smells amazing. The facilities are good. In the basement, there are two tumble dryers, a small but well kitted out gym and meeting rooms. The reception staff/ concierges are very helpful with local knowledge. Rooms start on level 2 and go to level 13. There are 2 lifts/ elevators. I would stay here again. It is well located and has plenty of things to do within a 5-minute walk.
