About 3-5 min walk to city hall metro.
About 5-8min walk from Myeongdong street.
Immediate vicinity of hotel filled with restaurants visited by locals.
Included hotel breakfast was bare minimum, but kimchi was yummy.
Baby powder scented shower gel smells great!
Water pressure was amazing!
Toilet dries very quickly, wet clothes hung to dry in evening close to 95% dry next morning.

I booked this place for a two-week trip to Seoul as it was very convenient and I’m very happy with this choice. Unbeatable location, great city views and very comfortable bed and room. Cleaning service was amazing too. Definitely a place I’ll book again on my next trip to Seoul!5

Very good hotel located in a very convenient location close to City Hall Station.
The room was clean and a nice size, they upgraded my room for me once I arrived which I really appreciated. Great for the price.
Service was great and prompt, I noticed a lot of the staff was able to speak English well as they have studied overseas. The front desk ladies are very kind and I wish them all the best.
Noticed the drain in the tub and sink were draining slowly. Also, showers are not enclosed with glass or a curtain so expect wet floors in the washroom. They provided slippers but no toothbrush/toothpaste. Channels on the TV were a bit limiting.
Overall though, if you are looking for a budget hotel, this is a great one to choose. The location is just unbeatable and it's close to many different food options and convenience stores.4
