Everything works. No dramas - the staff are hard working, polite, helpful and humble. They even paid for my taxi to the bus station at 5am. Rooms are quiet, spacious and functional. Great gym and lounge staff are thoroughly professional. Looking forward to returning.

I couldn’t remember if I had left a review 😂 but the service was SO good I had to do it again just in case! The hotel staff spoke the best English of the 8 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Korea and were super attentive! Only niggle in the works was the bell boy throwing out bags around quite roughly when we checked out but everyone else was so amazing! (Rooms and loos are dated fyi)

Mixed feelings: - The check-in experience was horrendous and i had to wait for almost an hour to get a room, with the hotel staff not helping - The room felt old and decayed, especially the bathroom which looked like it was coming straight from the 80s. The air conditioning was broken in my room (impossible to turn it off, which got me sick… the staff did nothing when notified). The windows of my room were filthy - The gym is really good, and features a 25 meter pool, which can get pretty crowded but is still very nice to use

Rooms and facility ok. But the service need to be improve. Staffs doesn't show hospitality esp the registration staff. She make sour face and talk with no politeness in her tone. Pls improve your service at par as your '5 star' hotel status.

Quite a dated hotel. But it's being maintained as best as possible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. WiFi connection is extremely slow. Breakfast spread was good. Good location for visiting Gangnam (shopping etc), but it is not ideal if your main reason for visiting is to soak in Seoul's rich history.
